It's March 1st, and finally time to get Adam's Rib underway!
If you're curious about the origins of this month devoted to women in Indian cinema, you could read the post which gave birth to the idea.
As well, there's the more detailed post I wrote about what this month would involve and how and what to contribute.
Just to refresh your memory: you can write about your favorite actor, director, writer -- any woman you want to celebrate this month. You can write about issues. You can share one post, or many. You can link to favorite clips. Any way you feel is appropriate to honour and celebrate the women of Indian cinema is fair game, and if you're on Twitter, be sure to share links to what you contribute using the #adamsrib hashtag, and remember to @ me as well (I'm @kaymatthews on Twitter) so I'm sure to see it.
I'm going to be gathering all these links together in one place -- originally I'd thought of using Delicious, but it seems to have undergone a transformation since I last used it for Kapoor Khazana, so I'm having a wee last minute rethink. I'll update this post with information on where to see all the contributions to this month of celebrating the women of Indian cinema as soon as I've made a decision.
In the meantime, here's a list of links to the folks who've said they'll find a way to participate this month:
